PICNIC  - SWEEPSTAKES DONATIONS

Please contact Michele Prihoda to make a donation toward the 2026 High Hill Picnic sweepstake prizes.
Contact by call or text (254) 289-8061 or email  ltc.mmp@gmail.com. This year in recognition of America's 250th birthday,
I would like to get as many $250 gift certificates/cards as possible. You can either donate a gift certificate/card directly or donate money toward the purchase of a gift card. Any dollar amount is greatly appreciated. All gift certificates/cards or money must be received by Jun 29, 2026, to be included on the prize list. Thank you for your continued support!

PICNIC - AUCTION DONATIONS

The auction plays a large part in the success of our picnic, so we are making a few changes this year.

Following are a few suggested items to donate:

handmade items, such as quilts, art pieces, signs, antiques (in good condition), cattle, food items;
homemade canned goods, peanut brittle, homemade baked goods (rosettes, cookies, pies),
homemade wine, hunting and fishing gear and/or trips, deer blinds or feeders, tools,
yard items/furniture, fire pits and grills, gardening items, outdoor games, collegiate items,
children’s toys, event tickets, ice chests, dinner gift certificates, meat gift certificates,
trees and plants, gift certificates for a service you can provide, hay rings, hay, trailers.

We will also accept cash donations to purchase larger items that will be auctioned.

Please refrain from bringing used items.
We also plan to bundle smaller items together, giving proper recognition to all donors, to help move the auction along.

Another change we are making this year is that we ask that you drop off your item(s)
prior to the picnic so the auction committee can have time to get it properly tagged into the system.
Auction committee members will gladly pick up items throughout the summer, if needed.
You can contact Craig (361) 319-1682 or Carrie (361) 319-7829, and we will pick up your item.

We will also have specific times to drop off items prior to the picnic:
Sunday, Aug 30th  - 8:30-10:00 am
Friday, Sept. 4th - 4:00-6:30 pm
Saturday, Sept. 5th - 7:30-10:00 am
Saturday, Sept. 5th - 4:30- until Mass starts.
We will be located on the porch in front of the hall or in that general vicinity.

If you have to wait until Sunday morning, we ask that you have your items at the pavilion no later than 10 am.

We anticipate another wonderful parish auction and appreciate your donations.
Craig & Carrie Schulz
